I swear the Wii Fit is the best thing for a lazy girl. You can workout without leaving the bedroom and wearing PJ's is totes appropriate.
I am not 100% sure whether it is a good thing that it means that I weigh myself everyday. I don't want to become excessive with knowing my weight. As that can be unhealthy, but I kind of like weighing myself daily. If I stay the same that is okay, if I gained a little that is fine too. I may freak out a little at the extra weight but if I think back and reflect on what could be the reason for it than that's fine too. There is a quote that is you didn't gain 20kg overnight, you aren't going to lose that over night either. That encourages me that if I gain 500 grams that is fine and maybe I didn't drink enough water or I weighed myself at a different time. Keep in mind though when I see that I am lower that day I am so beyond happy! even if it is as little as 200 grams I am so excited as I feel like I am doing something right.
The Wii Fit I find is really good for me as a Yoga beginner. I have taken some classes but I like that I can have a better understanding of whether I am doing it right or wrong without the teacher telling the whole class! It's fun to practice and who knows this may encourage me to do an actual yoga classes again soon.
Most Importantly I am really enjoying getting the stamps next to the date. You can see how many times you have used it recently and that is motivation enough for me.

85.8
Okay so after a week of eating pretty healthy and doing light exercise I am now 85.8 that actually makes me so happy! It shows that I can achieve my goals! I am going to work really hard this week to lose more and keep off all the weight!
I just watched a summer haul on YouTube and I was thinking that if I stay motivated I could be wreaking similar clothes for the Australian summer! I think it is achievable if I don't lose focus and stay motivated through out the rest of the year.
So far I am still heavier than I was when I went on a diet last year but I am more motivated than I think I was last year. Fingers crossed.

88.6
My starting weight was 88.6.
That is the heaviest I have ever been. Last year I was shocked when I realised I was 84. I lost 4 kg and then I clearly put it back on and then some.
Here are some pictures of me. I feel like I don't look in the mirror enough!
Currently my BMI is around 34. An ideal number would be around 22. According to the heart foundation for my Height the healthy rate range would be 46 to 62 kgs. I think A realistic goal for me would to be around 55.
So basically I want to lose 34.6 Kgs so here is my journey!
I think aiming for around 1kg week is what I am aiming for but I am happy with a just weighing less.

Starting Tonight
So here it goes!
I am BC and I am starting my very own health and fitness blog. Why you ask? I am in the process of losing a lot of weight! I need to for my health and happiness. Being overweight or technically obese sucks. Blogging is motivating and a place to share and file knowledge or recipes.
I am in no way an expert! I am very far from being an expert really! I am here to share my journey to becoming a skinner, more toned and healthier me! If I learn anything that I think is important or worth sharing I will post about it! For now I am thinking I will be mostly posting what I have been eating, exercises and self reflections.
I am not sure how often I will be posting but hopefully enough to keep me motivated!
